Project details

What we need
  • 6-8 coaching sessions with a staff member
  • Actionable steps and advice to address an ongoing managerial issue
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the Organization's leadership team
Additional details

Identification of shared leadership opportunities and associated expectations

What we have in place
  • We currently have an amazing and productive team, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have up to date annual and financial reports, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,198 , allowing us to glean insights into current strengths and lay a future for continued growth that will catalyze real world benefits.

We are a small organization that is growing and experiencing growing pains as everyone explores new dynamics of project management and organizational responsibilities. Additionally, the ED is not locally based (works remotely from mainland), which gives staff a lot of latitude and autonomy so expectations and roles need to be very clear.
