- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details
We'd love to work with someone who has an understanding of MailChimp and how to best integrate and sync the two systems.
What we have in place
- We currently have a Salesforce database and MailChimp account and syncing capabilities between the two systems. We have two staff members who are well versed in Salesforce and are looking for additional support and guidance in helping us as an organization better utilize and manage our data.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to Get more people to, on, and in the water!
This project is important because communications are at the heart of what we do! We've grown a lot over the past ten years and our Salesforce database is choc full of information that we'd like to make better use of, including better segmentation and integration with our MailChimp email account. Additionally, we'd like to better utilize Salesforce for task management to make our time more efficient, for example understanding ways to auto-generate thank you letters when a donation is entered, customizing reports to better segment donors and partners, etc. We'd love your review and input on all of this!
Project plan
Our mission
The Waterfront Alliance inspires and effects resilient, revitalized, and accessible coastlines for all communities.
What we do
Whether we live, work, or play where the water meets the land, we have the shared responsibility to ensure our waterfront is accessible for boating and recreation, ecologically healthy, resilient to climate change, and a source of good-paying jobs. We are at the forefront of building consensus and influencing waterfront policy and planning in New York and New Jersey through providing public testimony and producing white papers. Our programs include serving as an early advocate for five-borough ferry service, building neighborhood docks for educational and recreational use, and helping communities create better waterfront design using our Waterfront Edge Design Guidelines.Through our annual Waterfront Conference, City of Water Day, and Harbor Camp, we bring together and open the eyes of today's and tomorrow's generations of waterfront stewards.
