Project details

What we need
  • Final designs for a predetermined type of promotional apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hats, shorts, other swag) or merchandise (mugs, pens, tote bags, etc.) provided in the high-resolution format of the Organization's choice
  • Note: Printing and vendor sourcing is not included
What we have in place
  • We currently have a website and Facebook page created with sample graphics, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a designated staff partner assigned to the event, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to put more money towards our life saving programs and help us fullfil our mission to: save lives, celebrate lives and lead the fight for a world without cancer!

The American Cancer Society values the participants of our fundraisng events, and our participants value the t-shirts they receive at our events! We are hosting a one of a kind Relay For Life event on the Cape May Ferry during which participants will walk the deck of the boat for the entire journey, raising funds and awareness. This is an exclusive event for which participants must raise a minimum of $200 in order to participate. Having a unique and custom designed t-shirt will add value to the overall experience and help entice more people to raise the required amount.

Our mission

The American Cancer Society's mission is to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a world without cancer.

What we do

The American Cancer Society is a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. Our Global Headquarters are located in Atlanta, Georgia, and we have regional and local offices throughout the country to ensure we have a presence in every community.

While most people know us for our research, we do so much more. We attack cancer from every angle. We promote healthy lifestyles to help you prevent cancer. We research cancer and its causes to find more answers and better treatments. We fight for lifesaving policy changes. We provide everything from emotional support to the latest cancer information for those who have been touched by cancer. And we do it all 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
