Employee Handbook
Employee Handbook
Project details
What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
- We currently have a working draft and a brief list of suggestions, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the employee handbook in Microsoft word format, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to use that money to provide majority funding for a housing resource fair.
This project will help our organization set clear policies that will support our employee's needs and give FDC the ability to enforce policies when needed. We have a working copy of our handbook and we need an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of New York City's rules and regulations to help complete it.

What we do
FDC continues to preserve and protect affordable housing, promote business attraction and retention, and provide comprehensive service and support for immigrants, youth and families.
