What we have in place
  • We currently have established social media outlets with a following, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have social media plans we have used in the past, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,632 , allowing us to spend our limited resources better supporting beginning family farmers with access to land, equipment, infrastructure, capital, and markets (The Essentials).

As a non profit specializing in sustainable agriculture education, our small staff are working full time to support our farmers. A detailed social media plan will help our organization to develop our online presence in a conscientious way and grow our support base. With a tower of strength coming from our local community, we are better able to assist our beginning family farmers. With the help of a professional on the best way to address social media, we will have a better idea of staff or volunteer support needed to achieve our outreach goals.

Viva Farms seeks to preserve a sustainable farming culture and create a strong and just food economy by supporting aspiring farmers with bilingual training in sustainable organic farming, and access to land, infrastructure, equipment, marketing and capital.
