What we'd like to talk about

We want to discuss a new business model for the parent audience.
We need help deciding if we should continue serving all of the audiences we do, in the way that we do it.

Additional context

While we have been in existence since 2006, we are embarking on a major facelift in both programming and branding of our online mental health magazine and our virtual expressive writing program for young adults. We serve two audiences: everyone who reads our blog and the writers who create the content.

We are currently evaluating branding for our online blog in order to grow readership.
We host an expressive writing program each season with young adults with mental health issues (which also populates the content on the blog), but we need help with a new sustainable business model for this portion of the equation.
Finally, we also have a significant parent audience, whom we are not doing much with (yet).

"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.
