Project details

What we need
  • Thorough review of the existing communication and marketing materials to ensure writing is understandable, engaging and consistent
  • Edits conducted with respect to writing style, voice, length, and proper spelling and grammar
  • Revised materials should adhere to branding, communications and marketing goals
Additional details

We are looking to receive guidance and feedback from a graphic designer on our visual style guide in terms of what information needs to be included so it can be used by our website designers and printers. Specifically, we would like to learn how to convert digital color codes in HTML to codes for use in print (CMYK and PMS). Someone with knowledge of professional printing processes is a plus.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a draft style guide available, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated Communications Manager to assist with the project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to Better engage with our constituents and members, allowing us to continue our vital work to protect your health!

PSR's communications and marketing materials have lacked a cohesive visual identity. We feel strongly that by creating and adhering to a visual identity and communications plan, we will be better able to engage our members and constituents, and further our mission.
