We are looking to receive guidance and feedback from a graphic designer on our visual style guide in terms of what information needs to be included so it can be used by our website designers and printers. Specifically, we would like to learn how to convert digital color codes in HTML to codes for use in print (CMYK and PMS). Someone with knowledge of professional printing processes is a plus.
PSR's communications and marketing materials have lacked a cohesive visual identity. We feel strongly that by creating and adhering to a visual identity and communications plan, we will be better able to engage our members and constituents, and further our mission.
We currently have a draft style guide available which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated Communications Manager to assist with the project and the ability to provide any other information you need.
PSR is the voice of health professionals working to educated the public and policy makers on the threats to human health caused by nuclear weapons and climate change. Our affiliate, ICAN, won the 2017 Nobel Peace Prize!
Physicians for Social Responsibility is guided by the values and expertise of medicine and public health to protect humanity from the gravest threats to health and survival: nuclear weapons, climate change, and toxic pollutants in our environment.
PSR is a membership organization with tens of thousand of activists; a third of them are doctors and health professionals. We provide the medical voice to address climate change, toxics in the environment and the prospect of nuclear war by advocating for sustainable energy, a commitment to safe chemicals in our everyday products, and the total elimination of nuclear weapons. Our members put pressure on policymakers, legislators and the Administration to effect change. Our doctors and scientists also interpret studies by leading academics and organizations so that policymakers and the general public can be educated and make good decisions about how to maintain public health.
