What we need
  • A document outlining the best outreach and networking strategies to meet specific business development and/or partnership goals
  • Recommendations on tailored prospecting and outreach methods, including specific messaging
  • One-on-one coaching sessions to refine talking points and key messages
What we have in place
  • We have a presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and mildly on Twitter. We have a clear statement that outlines what we do - and a tag line. We are very excited to see all of those avenues grow with your help.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,060 , allowing us to aquire the skills needed to reach our networking/fundraising goals. We serve over 6000 people annually. We need your help to keep meeting the rising needs for our services.

Networking and making new connections is a critical part of our fundraising efforts. We have limited resources for networking and need to be able to make meaningful connections with community partners You can help us deliver a concise message - and help us tell our story to the community so we can continue to grow.

  • Professional provides one-on-one coaching to refine talking points and key messages

Our mission

Established in 1972, the purpose of CN Guidance & Counseling Services is to improve the quality of life for individuals and families on Long Island affected by mental health and/or substance use disorders by recognizing and addressing the integration of mental and physical health. The organization leverages a holistic perspective, driven by its belief in the ability of every individual to recover.

What we do

CN Guidance & Counseling Services is one of the region's leading nonprofit behavioral health providers. In addition, we are one of the only providers on Long Island that serve residents with a combination of mental health and substance-use disorders. In 2017, we served over 7,000 Long Island residents and aim to increase that number annually.
