Several years ago we moved from a physical office to become a remote workforce. We have never updated our Employee Manual to reflect this change, so many of our policies are out of date. We have a very dedicated and competent staff, and I want to do everything I can to retain them. Having written procedures and policies that can be applied uniformly is a key to that retention.
We currently have an employee manual that needs updating which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an Executive Director who is commited to making this happen and the ability to provide any other information you need.
