- Document that articulates in a consistent voice key messages about the Organization’s identity, constituents, mission, and vision
- Creation of taglines and talking points to help the Organization communicate clearly and concisely
- Recommendations on tailoring messaging for common communication channels (e.g., website copy, printed marketing collateral, pitching verbally)

Gardner Health Services is well-known to the patient constituency we serve; however, prospective private funders/investors are unfamiliar with our services. We serve a population that prospective funders are keen on wanting to help through their philanthropic resources. Our brand messaging must be developed to also reach the Silicon Valley's influencers and private foundations.
What we have in place
- Our history in the Silicon Valley is rich and well documented. We have an extremely talented team with experience in marketing and communications and has recently put together a marketing and communications calendar. Our social media presence exists as follows: Facebook @ 368 followers; Twitter @ 175 followers; LinkedIn @ 62 followers and Insta @ 43 followers. In addition, we have launched a "WellCare is social" campaign inviting patients to "connect with us" via social media. We have posted large posters throughout our 10 health clinics and 2 mobile units.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,600 , allowing us to provide 60 children with medical exams.
We are a $56.7 Million dollar non-profit whose main source of revenue is Federal & County government health contracts. Currently 5,000 individuals are on a list waiting to access our services. Our story, community brand and services must be leveraged to successfully approach private foundations, individuals and corporations. Access to their monetary resources is crucial for our sustainable growth into the future. Without their knowledge of our brand and their confidence in our 50 years of success, access to their resources/investments is unattainable. Gardner can no longer afford to remain "the best kept secret in Silicon Valley".

Gardner is dedicated to improving the health status of the communities we serve, especially the disenfranchised, disadvantaged and most vulnerable members. Our mission is to provide high quality, comprehensive primary health and mental health care, including prevention and education, early intervention, treatment and advocacy services which are affordable, respectful, culturally, linguistically and age appropriate.
What we do
Gardner Health Services is a 330 Federally Qualified Health Center funded by the Bureau of Primary Health Care. Gardner Health Services is an affiliation of two 501(C)(3) organizations - Gardner Family Health Network, Inc. and Gardner Family Care Corporation, Inc.
We believe that health care is more than simply treating illness, it is working with individuals to help them stay physically and mentally healthy. Gardner Health Services is committed to providing quality primary medical and mental health care to Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. We have been serving the community for over 43 years working to improve lives and achieve health equity through access to quality services, a skilled workforce and innovative programs. The key to our success is the patient experience. We strive to keep our patients healthy through a multidisciplinary approach offering multiple services under one roof.
