What we need
A customized Salesforce database application for tracking data including:
- A customized set of Salesforce objects, with single-record editing of data and field history tracking (at most 15 object types).
- A customized set of views, to allow table-based editing of data (at most 15 views).
- A customized set of reports, to pull together data from multiple object types (at most 15 reports).
- Migration of the current data into Salesforce (at most 1 spreadsheet or 1 existing database). If the data is not in digital form, a process for data migration.
- Training for the organization's staff on how to use the customized Salesforce application and how to administer the application.
- "Hand-off" documentation on the object schemas and any custom code written.

Our mission
ThinkImpact builds social businesses to alleviate poverty in rural Kenya and South Africa. We aim for our alumni to become America’s next generation of entrepreneurs, policymakers, CEOs and philanthropists who view development differently: with more critical thinking, creativity and commitment.
What we do
Our model centers around our Innovation Institute, an intensive, multi-year program for aspiring young American social entrepreneurs. The Institute provides American undergraduate and graduate students opportunities to engage their entrepreneurial spirit through:
1) A ten-week summer scholar’s program in rural Africa,
2) Nine months of comprehensive social entrepreneurship training in the U.S for select Scholars Program alumni,
3) A year-long fully funded fellowship in Africa, during which the social business is scaled.
This comprehensive framework cultivates leadership while fulfilling an urgent need to harness untapped markets in rural Africa through the creation of social businesses.
