Website Visual Design
Website Visual Design
Project details
What we need
- A visual redo of the Organization's website
- Design direction based on Organization's desired branding and style preferences
- Mock-ups of key site pages
- Commitment to 2 phone calls with a developer to guide initial front-end coding work
- Note: We recommend this project for custom websites. If your site is built on a CMS platform like Wordpress or Squarespace that offers templates, you may not need this project. Check out our Website Content Plan project for help building a CMS-based website
What we have in place
- We have a design for the new site. We know what programs need to be exhibited and under what navigation headers. We have banners in the works to show our branding. We use Squarespace and need a pro to help us use Squarespace to the best of its potential to make the site cool and to clearly exhibit what our org does.
How this will help
This project will save us $9,186 , allowing us to grow our audience and donor base.
We have ambitious plans to contain a large set of legal data on our site (to be a fun/cool legal reference site). In the last year, we have piloted many different types of publications, and it's time to update our site to make sense of them all. The site needs to organize our publications and exhibit our newest featured program - complete Supreme Court coverage - on the homepage.
Project plan
Our mission
Subscript Law is a nonprofit committed to enhancing the legal and political decision-making of Americans. We envision an American public that can fully understand current events, can advocate politically, and can think legally.
What we do
We help lawyers and professionals follow the Supreme Court by providing reports on cases in infographics.
Testimonials
Andi is one of the most impressive people I have ever worked with. She is hard-working and brilliant at graphic design. This includes both the artistic elements and the technical aspects (implementing and using Adobe Illustrator). Andi branded our site entirely, which included delivering unique images for at least 20 areas of law, delivering each image in several permutations to indicate the types of reports they would be used on, establishing our color palette and fonts, and more that I can't even recount. When Andi delivered a major set of images to me, she included everything on one clean Illustrator file with instructions on how to use the layers to export the versions I was seeking. I was so impressed with her logic. And again, she worked hard - produced a ton for us. Check out our site to see.
