Annual Report Writing
Annual Report Writing
Project details
What we need
- Clear and effective copy for an annual report that illustrates the Organization’s successes and plans for growth (e.g., descriptions of programs, allocation of funds, and recognition of donors and volunteers)
- Blueprint of the structure for the annual report, including optimal content, length, and style
Additional details
We are interested in starting with a Program Report for a recent pilot program we launched for cancer advocates and leaders. This could serve as a starting point for a future Annual Report.
What we have in place
- We currently have data, content, and testimonials, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a team of alumni, volunteers, and partners who feel passionate about this program, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $11,198 , allowing us to invest in helping more advocates and leaders heal and carry on their critical work.
In August, we launched the first program of its kind. The ReFresh for Cancer Advocates Experience addressed burnout and compassion fatigue in non profit leaders and advocates, while building lifelong connections across the industry. The program went exceptionally well and now we're seeking the right person to help us showcase the value of this program through a Program Report. This Program Report will also help us think about how we want to structure our first Annual Report, which we want to craft at the end of this year.
Project plan
Our mission
Our mission is to help people make sense of the complex emotions of cancer and give them the tools, support, and community to thrive -- even in the midst of challenging circumstances.
What we do
A Fresh Chapter (AFC) is a survivor-led organization that is changing the landscape of cancer support around the globe. We bridge the gap in cancer by care by focusing on the whole person -- not just their disease. Through our peer-facilitated virtual and in-person programs, we use a skills-based approach to address the emotional aftermath of cancer while empowering patients, survivors, and caregivers to move forward with resilience and purpose. Our programs cover a range of themes including navigating uncertainty, living in contradiction, and finding perspective, and are available free of charge to individuals impacted by all types and stages of cancer around the world.
