Project details

What we need
  • Document outlining Organization’s or a specific program’s strengths and weaknesses as well as potential opportunities and threats
What we have in place
  • We have a recently conducted market analysis/evaluation, which should make it easy for you to get started. We have Google analytics set up on our website. Also, we have been in operation since 2011 and the Operations Manager who will be the main contact for this project has been involved since the beginning and knows all aspects of the organization. She will be available to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,868 , allowing us to pay for school tuition, transport and supplies for all 16 of the girls in our beading program for one year.

The success of our organization depends on successful marketing and sales of the products made by the participants in our programs in rural Kenya. With your help, we will have a better understanding of our strengths and weaknesses and will be able to focus our efforts in the right direction. We will be able to grow our operations and help more girls in rural Kenya to attend and graduate high-school, and more women who are learning how to sew to become self-sufficient and provide a better life for their families and communities.
