Public Relations Strategy
Public Relations Strategy
Project details
What we need
- A Public Relations (PR) strategy rooted in the Organization's public relations goals
- Identification of the audiences Organization should be addressing and the media outlets they should target to reach stated audiences
- A press list created based on Organization's target media outlets
- Recommendations on the best tactics to build relationships with Organization's target media outlets
Additional details
A motivated and experienced brand and advertising volunteer who is passionate about cleaning up garbage in South Bronx neighborhoods in order to improve environment beautification and reduce litter in the community.
The volunteer would lead our organization in the creation of a neighborhood beautification and anti-littering campaign. The characteristics of the campaign will be mainly under your control.
A volunteer who is familiar with the South Bronx and population, and can assist with the wording of our slogans, signs, tactics, mediums and advertisements of the campaign will contribute to making a long lasting change in the community.
What we have in place
- We currently have a strong starting point, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an existing relationship with the community, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,343 , allowing us to allocate more resources to our Claremont Healthy Village Initiative programs.
Living in an environment free of litter and the associated critters increases quality of life for people living in the neighborhood while also reducing spread of disease and public health risks. By inspiring the residents of Claremont to practice responsible trash handling the community's quality of life will increase and new opportunities for residents will be created.

Our mission
Our mission is to change the health and culture of the Claremont community by building and nurturing sustainable relationships that support individuals to take charge of their own health and well-being; achieving this by providing access to resources that build stronger communities, enrich the residents, improve the quality of life, and strengthen mind, body, and spirit.
