Pricing Strategy
Pricing Strategy
Project details
What we need
- Analysis of Organization’s target audience, competition, costs and products/services
- Recommendations for pricing for existing products/services
- Assessment of whether any products/services should be discontinued or offered at differential price points based on constituents’ needs
What we have in place
- We have a staff who is dedicated and devoted to this program and would benefit from a financing structure that reflected the caliber and breadth of work that we do.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,868 , allowing us to print legal guides for low income veterans, answer website inquiries helping cancer patients throughout the nation locate local legal relief, and provide Know Your Rights training and materials.
In the past year, our practice has grown dramatically while our funding structures have remained fixed. We would like a pricing structure to inform decisions on grant requirements, and offer partners an alternate funding method (fee-for-service vs block grant).

Our mission
LegalHealth partners with medical professionals to address the non-medical needs of low-income people with serious health problems. LegalHealth complements health care with legal care – providing free legal services in medical facilities and training healthcare professionals to understand the legal issues their patients face. LegalHealth extends its mission nationally by providing technical assistance to bring medical and legal partners together.
Since 2001, LegalHealth’s dedicated staff has improved the lives of over 26,000 low-income New Yorkers with serious health needs. Where social conditions pose a barrier to improved health, the LegalHealth team can advocate to ensure a patient’s right to access care, basic benefits, stable housing and immigration remedies.
LegalHealth’s training of health care providers at its partner hospitals raises awareness among the health care professionals to the non-medical barriers to improved patient health and they become actively involved in referring and advocating for their patients.
