Our theatre struggles with defining roles and responsibilities. We therefore lose valuable volunteers and social capital. To overcome this issue, through Catchafire we have completed a By Laws Audit, are in the process of developing a Board Requirement Strategy and now seek additional professional assistance to help create a Member Handbook. We are going from one project to the next addressing our core issue and finding that the solutions are spreading like wildfire.
