- An internal guide to align day-to-day operations and goals
- A fresh perspective on an Organization’s goals and strategies
What we have in place
- We have our Annual Operating Plan, Master Plan, and financial information that will provide you with the resources needed. In addition, answers on a recent grant application will provide detailed information on programs/services, accountable, governance and other areas of operations.
Need someone with a background in business that can write a Business Plan for a capital campaign.
How this will help
This project will save us $14,620 , allowing us to move forward on expansion of the museum.
The Board has signed a thirty-year lease for the existing properties as well as adjoining property 4.098 acres. Our goal for the museum's expansion includes adding a train museum, increase outdoor displays of mill and field equipment, and a large grassy area for community events.
These are exciting times for the Sugar Museum. A strong Business Plan is needed to enable us to raise the funds needed to implement the expansion.
