What we need
- A visual redo of the Organization's website
- Design direction based on Organization's desired branding and style preferences
- Mock-ups of key site pages
- Commitment to 2 phone calls with a developer to guide initial front-end coding work
- Note: We recommend this project for custom websites. If your site is built on a CMS platform like Wordpress or Squarespace that offers templates, you may not need this project. Check out our Website Content Plan project for help building a CMS-based website
What we have in place
- We currently have a website audit, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an outline of our objectives, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,666 , allowing us to fund important research that may lead to a new treatments for those suffering from systemic scleroderma.
Our original website was created strictly for informational purposes. Now that we are starting to expand the organization and our mission we would like to improve the online experience by re-organizing our content and making it more relevant for our visitors.

Our mission
Our primary goal is to provide comprehensive, up-to-date, research-based information on systemic scleroderma diagnosis and treatments. We believe that patients who are educated about their disease can work more effectively with their team of physicians to make the best possible individual care decisions.
We are also focused on research to test a novel disease pathogenesis model that we originally proposed in 1993. If this disease model turns out to be correct, it is likely to lead to new treatments for systemic scleroderma that are more effective and much safer than current, largely ineffective, treatments that are currently being used.
