- We currently have a comprehensive website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a Mission Statement and background materials, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to fund important research that may lead to a new treatments for those suffering from systemic scleroderma.
Our mission and vision are the driving force behind our organization. They are starting to expand and evolve, and we would like assistance rewriting them so that they are clear and concise. This project will provide a foundation for the next stage in our journey to help those diagnosed with this incurable disease.

Our mission
Our primary goal is to provide comprehensive, up-to-date, research-based information on systemic scleroderma diagnosis and treatments. We believe that patients who are educated about their disease can work more effectively with their team of physicians to make the best possible individual care decisions.
We are also focused on research to test a novel disease pathogenesis model that we originally proposed in 1993. If this disease model turns out to be correct, it is likely to lead to new treatments for systemic scleroderma that are more effective and much safer than current, largely ineffective, treatments that are currently being used.
