The Offor Walker Group is an executive search firm committed to scouring the country for the best and brightest leaders who will take on key leadership roles in high-impact schools and school systems across the country.

What we do

The Offor Walker Group is an executive search consulting firm. We work with high-impact organizations to identify senior level talent. Specifically we:

• Analyze the job and develop a job description and scorecard
• Develop a search strategy to identify the appropriate candidates including a list of target organizations, analysis of potential advertising vehicles for the position, and candidates who will be most successful
• Analyze organizational culture and hiring team personalities to better understand what type of candidate will be most successful
• Call and email target list of prospects
• Screen candidates including resume review, telephone interview, or face-to-face meeting
• Schedule candidate interviews and any related travel
• Debrief candidate and hiring team
• Thoroughly reference finalist candidate
• Provide weekly and monthly updates on candidate pool as candidates move though our process
