Plan for creation of a proper Marketing Department

What we have in place
  • We have plenty of good data and awareness about where we stand within our market (journalism entities), we have several active social media and other platforms, and we have a team of volunteer analysts looking at aspects of marketing. Now we need a high level person who can help us put it all together and generate a plan and a structure.
How this will help
This project will save us $11,198 , allowing us to launch a new program to train young journalists.

We're poised to really take off. Positive feedback is coming in from all directions. Now, we need to capitalize on it all with a sound plan for a marketing operation.
