Print Materials Design
Print Materials Design
Project details
What we need
- Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
- Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
- Note: Please post an additional project if more than one piece of collateral is needed
What we have in place
- We currently have text, graphs, photos, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a template of the 2014 Annual Report in case it helps, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to continue banding 4000 birds a year.
Our mission is to conserve birds and their habitats through science and outreach. We’re small, but have a large reach and have conducted avian research throughout the Bay Area for 35 years. Our data is used by universities to answer questions like “how does climate change impact birds,” and by land managers and advocacy groups to make informed decisions. We engage hundreds of citizen scientists and outreach volunteers and rely on partnerships and donations from the community. By helping us design our Annual Report, you will allow us to keep our community of supporters engaged and excited about our work.
Project plan
Our mission
To conserve birds and their habitats through science and outreach education
What we do
Birds are excellent indicators of ecosystem health; they are highly visible and cost-effective to track, and are sensitive to environmental change. The San Francisco Bay Bird Observatory pays close attention to impacts on birds and their habitats and gathers crucial data specific to local bird populations. We share our data with land managers and others and actively provide opportunities for people to be directly involved in the nature and science of the San Francisco Bay Area.
Testimonials
Steven did a great job designing our annual report. He was positive, responsive, and created a professional piece that shared our work with our donors, volunteers, and partners.
It was very cool to work with Kristin Butler Very much enjoyed her project and hoping to work with San Francisco Bay Bird Observatory on near future projects.
