What we need
- Overhaul of the UI on the Organization's existing website, or UI design for a new website
- Clear map of website’s structure with wireframes to accompany the layout; wireframes may include homepage, content navigation page and content presentation templates
- Flowcharts or specifications for the interactive features of the website

the website for this project is www.inclusion-nudges.org and not www.movetheelephant.org (that will be another and later project)
What we have in place
- We currently have three websites, linkedin, twitter, logo, books, articles,, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have website technician to make the website, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $11,946 , allowing us to empower and enable 1000000 people in workplaces and communities to be inclusive of differences.
We have launched a global sharing community www.inclusion-nudges.org, but we we need an online community plateform for this to happen. It will increase sharing of Inclusion Nudges: behavioural interventions that create inclusion in workplaces and societies. This online community platform will empower and enable thousands/millions of people Worldwide to make social impact and Inclusive Growth and connect people to learn from each other. This will make faster progress in e.i. gender, equality and socio-economic equality and make more diverse and inclusive organisations.

Our mission
It’s about creating systemtic, cultural, and behavioural change in organisations through techniques from behavioural economics and anthropology with a focus on inclusiveness. We have set out to make a global movement of sharing practical techniques called Inclusion Nudges that Nudges the unconscious mind to behave inclusive and make inclusive decisions about people and business. These behavioural interventions create sustainable systemic, cultural, and behavioural changes for Inclusiveness.
What we do
We empower organisations and institutions to create inclusive behaviour, systems, and cultures. We enable internal change agents, leaders, and teams with techniques from anthropology, behavioural economics, psychology and neuroscience, that can mitigate the negative impact of unconscious bias and leverage diversity among people for better wellbeing, performance and innovation.
