What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
What we have in place
- We currently have a website and FB page, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have brochures and dedicated staff, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to gain 50 committed donors.
This project will allow us to continue our efforts in transitional housing, work with adults with developmental disabilities, organic farming and our organic cafe. We are looking to increase donors who are willing to support our overall mission of creating a healthy, inclusive and productive farm-based community.

Our mission
Create healthy farm-based community with homeless families, people with disabilities and youth.
What we do
We are a community of over 700 people on 4 campuses on Oahu's west-side in Hawaii. We provide Transitional Housing for homeless families and a Day Program for adults with developmental disabilities. Employment and vocational training on our Organic Farm, Restaurant, Commercial Kitchen and Retreat Center.
