Project details

What we need
  • A Membership Strategy document of 2-4 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new or improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies
Additional details

Hello! We are a non-profit organization focused on improving access to ear and hearing care and head and neck cancer care globally. We facilitate research endeavors between researchers globally. We want to better manage and understand our membership (people who attend monthly meetings, for ex.). Currently we use a google form, but we want to better keep track of members' research interests, experiences, and home countries, so that it is up-to-date and accessible to organizational leadership.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a google form and google sheet of members, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an email listserv and whatsapp group to contact current memb, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,848 , allowing us to support valuable research on training ear and hearing care providers globally in primary care settings. Over 1 billion people globally have hearing loss, and we want to make care more accessible.

This project would be instrumental in allowing us to better understand all of the members involved (home countries, etc.), since everyone is located globally. It will help our research leadership identify members who have research expertise in certain fields. It will also help us assemble annual reports and share with organizational leadership helpful details about the new members who joined our organization every quarter.
