Our mission
Our mission is to achieve equitable health and wealth outcomes in the African American community through education and innovation.
What we do
We provide a free annual multi-day health conference (online and in-person events); ongoing community educational forums; a live health radio show that airs on both AM and FM radio in the Philadelphia area; facilitate an evidence-based depression and isolationism program targeting African-American seniors; mental health first aid; community health pop up clinics (immunizations, blood pressure checks, etc.) to bridge the gap in the community with those who don't have a standing relationship with a health care provider to community resources that will allow them to begin to access quality, consistent, PREVENTIVE care; financial aid education.
