How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to pour the money back into the organization so that we can continue to serve the community of birthing people.

Our mission
Our Mission is to enhance the lives of BIPOC mothers and families by promoting maternal wellness, healthy parenting, and family functioning improvement through trauma informed support, cultural humility, and health equity. We endeavor to do this through building community through offering in person support, family education, family functioning focused training, and access to community resources.
What we do
We serve as a center of support to the BIPOC/Latinx birthing community to provide tangible supports related to pregnancy and breastfeeding. Our programs and services are aimed at supporting Black Maternal Health, Maternal Mental Health, improvement to BIPOC/Latinx family functioning, and Healthy Parenting. We facilitate create arts events dedicated to inner healing and spiritality through the lens of Cultural Humility for the BIPOC/Latinx experiences of ancestral trauma. We operate through the lens of trauma informed care and health equity. Our services and supports are built on the framework of Birth Justice.
