What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

-A policy for the use of computers and other major equipment purchased with PCBF money
-PCBF Social Media Policy
Also, PCBF is a fiscally sponsored project, so some policies are simply those of our sponsor
What we have in place
- We currently have a draft of some policies as well as some from our sponsor, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have two staff people assigned to this project for support, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to lay the foundation for growing our staff in accordance to our needs.
The Philadelphia Community Bail Fund is working on our internal structure and capacity in order to meet the current demands of our work and grow for the future. We just finished an strategic planning process and formalizing our staffing structure was identified as a major goal.
