What We Need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)
Additional Details

I am looking for a couple save the date designs that can be used for an online invitation, social media posts, as well as a printed and mailed out postcard.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have examples of past invitations, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have color, font, and logo, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to expand our program support

The Bronze Affair is our annual fundraiser. With it we are able to provide direct services and fund actions and other policy changing organizing campaigns to improve the quality of life for low-income and working families in our community.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)

Through the sustained engagement of low-income and working families, KOCO develops multi-generational leaders who impact the decision-making process and public policies, improving the quality of life in our local communities.

KOCO's organizing agenda is directly informed by its constituency, the low-income and working families within the North Kenwood, Oakland, and its adjacent communities. KOCO's organizing approach engages residents in identifying the issues that they want to see addressed, and facilitating the planning, strategizing and training opportunities to aid residents in addressing issues.
