Website Set Up (CMS-Based)
Help Babies & Mothers Alive communicate their work with a content management system (CMS)-based website, so that they can easily manage and update site content on a regular basis.
Website Set Up (CMS-Based)
Project details
What we need
- Set up of a new website using a Content Management System (CMS) like Wordpress, Squarespace, Joomla, Drupal, or Weebly
- Training to ensure Organization's staff members can update content and manage the site post-launch
- Note: We recommend that you do a Website Content Plan project first, so that you have all the content ready for your new CMS-based site. A CMS-based website can be maintained and updated easily - no coding required!
Additional details
We want to use Squarespace and have already started looking into suitable templates that can be customized. We'd like to integrate the donation page, content, and social media.
Clear articulation of BAMA's key message and goals on the website is crucial.
What we have in place
- We will provide a wishlist with desired features (based on our current website and feedback), as well as branding materials, content/visuals and copywriting.
We have a live website (www.babiesandmothersalive.org), but as the setup, design, navigation, content, and SEO is somewhat outdated and complicated, we'd prefer to simplify the setup and start all over.
How this will help
This project will save us $16,822 , allowing us to increase the impact we have on the lives of numerous babies and mothers across the Masaka region in Uganda. That money can be used to expand our programs across the seven districts.
The new website will provide easily-accessible information to partners, donors, and everyone supporting the cause. We will be able to raise more money, make a greater impact, and reach more people.
In the name of our Staff and the communities we serve in Uganda, thank you for your support.
