What We Need
  • Training on how to create video content for web and specific social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • List of recommendations and best practices for shooting a video
  • Instructions for how to post videos to respective social media platforms
Additional Details

We ultimately need a brief video introduction to be sent to potential funders. We could use guidance as to how to be unique and effective in our messaging.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have A tripod, ring light, iPhone 13, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Necessary equipment ordered, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to Focus on the transformative programming we administer to the at risk youth if our community.

We will form a lasting relationship with the potential funders.

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree on how to focus training
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss video objectives, target audience, and platform(s) for videos to be published
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional budget and time available for this project (if applicable)

Milestone 1: Training Plan Creation
  • Professional prepares a detailed training plan outlining topics to be covered and structure of training
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback which Professional incorporates

Milestone 2: Video Shoot Training
  • Professional trains Volunteer Manager how to record video(s)
  • Professional shares tips and best practices for creating videos - including necessary equipment, determining location/background settings, camera placement, etc.
  • Professional shares apps/tools that can be used to record videos

Milestone 3: Sharing Videos
  • Professional instructs Volunteer Manager how to post videos directly to each specified social media platform
  • Professional remains available for follow up questions for up to two weeks
