Project Details

What We Need
  • Assessment of existing board procedure, policy, set of guidelines, or system
  • Creation of one document outlining one procedure, policy, operations, or set of guidelines, for example: bylaws, board meeting procedure, succession planning guidelines, committee policies, board member orientation handbook, etc.
What We Have In Place
  • We currently have sample policies & procedures from a seperate nonprofit Board, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to resources and templates on NH Center for Nonprofit, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $10,298 , allowing us to focus our efforts on fundraising, grant writing, program development, and stakeholder engagement.

The WOMB Initiative is in a critical stage of growth as a nonprofit organization that will require more structure for our Board of Directors. This project will help WOMB have an efficient and effective Board/Staff Memember relationship, allowing programs, classes, and leadership to thrive for years to come. The current Board members will be rotating off of the board everyone 1-3 years which makes this project even more important, helping us prepare for new board members in our future.
