Salesforce Database Customization

Project details

What we need
  • A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
  • Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
  • Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
  • “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
What we have in place
  • We currently have Sales Force Account, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have started the power of us application, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,772 , allowing us to safely store 4000 patrons in a better management system.

The success of our organization depends on individual gifts or donations. Without your help, we cannot manage our database. Your skills will empower us to grow our network and target our patrons more efficiently.

Our mission

Founded in 2003 by Artistic Director Larry Keigwin and Associate Director Nicole Wolcott, KEIGWIN + COMPANY creates and presents Keigwin's electrifying brand of contemporary dance. K+C reaches national and international audiences and invigorates diverse communities with a refreshing vision of dance that embodies a theatrical sensibility of wit, style, and heart. Community projects and education seek to physically engage audiences and aspiring dancers in movement and the choreographic process, and bring opportunities for individuals to become more invested in dance.

What we do

KEIGWIN+COMPANY lives to create provocative, witty and engaging dances. Utilizing a collaborative process, K+C combines physicality with theatricality, samples a variety of mediums and, ultimately, fuses art with entertainment.
