What We Need
- A well written, meaningful thank you letter (no more than 1,000 words or standard two-page letter) that effectively communicates how the donation has helped the Organization
Additional Details
In addition to this letter as a template, we need help with a graphic and text to give a special shoutout to the funders of our 1st major grant to be used in our e-newsletter and on social media.
What We Have In Place
- We currently have examples of what we are seeking, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have sample messaging and info about donor/funder, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to put towards other expenses that can help us to keep fundraising.
We need to express our gratitude to funders and have a practice of donor engagement, so templates of thank you materials will be an ongoing resource.

What We Do
We host the largest global network of Black/African sustainability practitioners (Black Sustainability Network) with over 2,300 members and have hosted the annual Black Sustainability Summit since 2016.
