Social Media Audit
Social Media Audit
Project Details
What We Need
- Profile & page setup assessment of whether relevant information and fields are filled
- Statistics on posts, engagement, and follower demographics
- Evaluation of strengths and weaknesses as well as recommendations to improve
Additional Details
We currently use Facebook (Often share the same content from Insta on this, reshare posts we're tagged in, practice social listening at least 30 minutes a week)
Instagram (checked daily, post 4-5x a week, reshare stories daily, at least 1 hour a week of social listening)
Twitter
We use Twitter 1-3x a month (mostly use it to reshare content other folks tag us in, no more than 10 minutes a week on social listening)
We want to learn how to have more engagement with a limited team & build community
What We Have In Place
- We currently have solidified branding and color palette, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have followers and team members who've been here for years, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to provide a work-study employment opportunity to a college student where they can create, learn, and collaborate with our team while helping us provide free arts education opportunities to our community
It will help us learn how to tell our Whole story, highlight all of our programs (free exhibitions, free offsite community programs for teens, children, adults, older adults, and families, provide arts-integration classes in local schools, and much more). We aim to build our online community and thus our in-person community, we hope to see more dialogue and engagement happening on our social media channels. We want people to know we are community resource for all.
