Project Details

What We Need
  • Update to or creation of one new HR policy or procedure, such as any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety & Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation & Benefits policies, Work From Home Policies, etc.
Additional Details

Hello! We recently updated our organization's Code of Conduct and we need help creating a policy to address potential breaches of our Code of Conduct

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a Code of Conduct, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a case study of how we've handled breaches in the past, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $1,480 , allowing us to focus on other pressing matters in our organization, such as expanding our board, offering more environmental education programs, and improving our social media strategy.

This project is important for several reasons. By expanding on and improving the process for handling breaches of our Code of Conduct, we can establish a clear set of rules and guidelines for addressing such situations. This will allow for clarity and transparency in our response, a consistent approach, the ability to respond in a timely manner, could mitigate future instances, and will overall uphold our organization's values and culture.
