I'd like strategic advice on how to effectively grow our relatively young nonprofit. As a new executive director I need to expand our presence in the community, expand funding, and edu programs.

Our Mission
The Friends of the Historic Masonic Temple seek to restore Bay City's Historic Masonic Temple for use as a Community Center for the Arts, performance and education.
What We Do
We are building a community center for the arts that focuses on education, performance, and incubation. Housed in a 130 year old former masonic temple.
Much of our programming is developed by the community around us. Individuals who visit and find a welcoming environment to share their wants and needs. Many of these then volunteer with us to develop the programming that meets those needs.
HMTBC has an in-house theater company, developing arts education, artist incubation opportunities, and so much more. We invite you to create with us.
