Project details

What we need
  • A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
  • Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
  • Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
  • “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details

The only thing we really need is assistance pushing some sandbox components into our existing production environment.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a Salesforce admin, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a list of all components that need to be merged, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,772 , allowing us to help 15 Members move into new homes.

We have been using our sandbox environment for about 2 months now, collecting and storing information about our program. We need to merge the program case management features of the sandbox with the donor management and revenue tracing features of our production environment. Capturing each of these facets of our organization in one place is critical to our efficiency and success.

Our mission

Back on My Feet (BoMF) is a national 501(c)3 charitable organization that uses running to help those experiencing homelessness change the way they see themselves so they can make real change in their lives that results in employment and independent living.

What we do

Back on My Feet’s unique program takes a holistic approach to combating homelessness. Back on My Feet does not provide food or shelter, but instead provides a community that offers coaching, resources, job training and access to employment opportunities. Back on My Feet follows a two-phase program in which Residential Members (individuals experiencing homelessness) participate for six to nine months. During the first phase of the program, Back on My Feet staff, volunteers, and fellow Members meet three times a week at 5:30 a.m. to run together as a team. Bringing these individuals together creates a positive, team-oriented atmosphere that couples high expectations for personal responsibility with the support and resources to effect meaningful change. During the second phase of the program, called Next Steps, Members are afforded access to educational and job training opportunities and work toward employment and independent housing.
