What we have in place
- YONECO has a fundraising and sustainability strategy and a communication strategy which has to be implemented. YONECO also has a twitter account, Facebook, website and Instagram accounts. YONECO is also on Youtube. YONECO is also having press contacts for all media channels including print and electronic. YONECO also has a youth focused radio station YONECO FM - yfm that is streaming live on internet as well on http://radio.thinkbug.com/listen/yoneco-fm-yfm
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to furnish 1 youth centre providing services to 108,000 youths.
YONECO is developing and has increased the demand for the services and this project will help us to ensure that our stakeholders and partners (private companies inclusive) understand the work of YONECO and also be able to support our work. This can not be achieved if we present the organisation in a very concise way, including how the organisation impacts on the development and protection of the rights of women, youth and children. This will increase the donor levels and resources to the organisation for the improvement of the lives of of our target groups

Our mission
YONECO vision is a self reliant, healthy and resilient society that respects democratic values and principles. YONECO is committed to empowering youth, women and children, promoting good health, human rights and democracy, adapting and mitigating the impact of climate change, and conducting research for evidence based programming and advocacy
What we do
Conducy capacity building for the youth, women and children to be resilient
Supports vulnerable groups like street children, abused children, women in distress and victimized women and children
Advocates for the rights of women, children and youth
Creates awareness to youth, women and children on various issues affecting their growth and development
Provides shelter to street children, survivors of gender based violence and other people rendered destitute
Support areas of trafficking and mitigates the impact of the same
Provides counselling services (on line and face to face for various social groups
