What we need
  • Analysis of 1 set of survey data that is already at hand
  • Summary of key findings from survey data

Correlation of various data points in the survey to evaluate statistical significance
analysis - to be used for a publication including graphs and images to demonstrate findings.

This is a medical survey for people with Parkinson's. Expected date for survey data to be available 8 weeks.

What we have in place
  • We will provide access to our survey database, Inquisium, as well as all of the raw (not manipulated) data. We will provide the survey and all other materials you need. Access to the investigator will be provided, as needed. There will be one point person to assist and secure all resources for you.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to to use this funding to secure a medical writer to complete a manuscript for publication.

We are an international nonprofit serving people with Parkinson's. There is limited quality of life research available. Analyzing this data will provide the org with information needed to educate not only the physician and patient population and advance health care and outcomes.

  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the survey results to be analyzed and provides context of survey and explains response format that was chosen for the survey
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the goal in mind when the survey was created and what insights would help serve the Organization

  • Professional reviews the results and and selects most appropriate analysis type based on data (i.e. nominal, ordinal, or interval data)
  • Professional conducts first round of analysis
  • Professional connects with Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session based on first analysis
  • Professional implements feedback

  • Professional conducts second round of analysis and highlights most important findings
