Event Concept & Plan
Project details
What we need
- 3-5 one hour calls with an events professional covering topics like concept, general structure, logistics, and target attendees
- A written summary of topics discussed, including event concept and theme, general plan, estimated budget (optional), and articulated goals (feel free to use this template as a starting point)
- Note: This project does not include on-site event coordination or support on the day of the event
Additional details
Every December our organization hosts what we hope to be our largest fundraiser for the year. After this years event it was clear that we need to really need to make a lot of changes if this event is going to be profitable for our organization.
What we have in place
- We currently have an outline of how this fundraiser has run over the years, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a staff person that has worked on this event for years, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to funnel this money back into our programs and services.
Over 82% of all funds our organization receives goes directly into our programs and services. This makes our fundraisers crucial to serving the community and continuing to meet our mission.
