Salesforce Training
Project details
What we need
- A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
- A document summarizing topics covered during training
What we have in place
- We currently have the non-profit starter kit version of Salesforce, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our donor data in Excel, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,788 , allowing us to grow VOCEL's program to educate 42 children who live at or below the poverty line.
Your support and expertise will help children thrive. As a new non-profit we need to organize our donor database and track information accordingly. Ultimately, our team being able to use Salesforce efficiently and effectively mean our early childhood center can serve more children with even more resources.

Testimonials
Bill was a great volunteer for VOCEL. He took time to get to know our needs and knowledge level with Salesforce and then customized a presentation for us. He was friendly, efficient and a great resource!
Kelly and Jesse were a pleasure to work with. I wanted to understand their company and goals before we determined what path we would take for the project, and they were very receptive to it. I was easily able to understand their current skill level in Salesforce and what was required to help take their user experience to the next level. Kelly was very responsive to my questions and allowed me the ability to make suggestions to not only help train her and the staff on salesforce, but ways to improve their existing tool. This was my first experience with Catchafire and it was a very simple and fulfilling experience.
