Social Media Plan
Social Media Plan
Project details
What we need
- A document outlining the most appropriate social media channels, strategies for usage, goals and key metrics to evaluate success
- Expert consultation on messaging, scheduling and frequency
- Tailored suggestions for style, tone, and types of content to best showcase the Organization
What we have in place
- All social media is handled by our part-time Public Relations Manager (M-Th, 32 hours/week). We have the following social media accounts:
-Facebook (3,005 likes): 2-3 posts/week including event posts; stats monitored daily
-Twitter (625 followers): activity fluctuates from daily to weekly; a mix of tweets, retweets, and replies
-Flickr: new galleries added monthly to showcase exhibition openings and public events
-YouTube: new videos have not been added in 2-3 years due to lack of video editing resources
How this will help
This project will save us $6,632 , allowing us to host 2 family programs at di Rosa.
The success of our exhibitions and events, audience retention, and brand awareness rests heavily on our social media engagement. However, with a small staff and limited resources, we need help identifying the most effective method for engaging audiences online, how to develop and present rich content, and how to balance social media with the daily office work flow.

What we do
