What we need
- Capital campaign management plan with timeline, roles and responsibilities
- Clear fundraising targets for the specific campaign, tied to a budget and desired goals
- Outline of which tactics to pursue (e.g., grants, crowdfunding, e-giving, direct mail, events, and galas) and audiences to target (e.g., individual, major donor groups, foundations, corporations, or government)
What we have in place
- We currently have our Resource Development Team designated to fundraising, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have programs like Crowdrise and Infusionsoft available, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,500 , allowing us to provide urgent assistance to 5 families of veterans facing crisis, foreclosure, or homelessness.
In order to fulfill our mission in providing assistance, promoting patriotism, and raising awareness we must continue to engage donors and build solid fundraising platforms. Fundraising campaigns would provide the structure needed to keep funds coming in to match the needs of the veterans and their families.
