What we need
- A thorough analysis of the current fundraising strategy and tactics
- Clear fundraising targets for the next 2-4 years, tied to the organization's operating budget and program goals
- Strategic planning around which tactics to should pursue (e.g., grants, crowdfunding, e-giving, direct mail, events, and galas), and audiences to target (e.g., individual, major donor groups, foundations, corporations, or government)
- Clear timelines to help the organization execute on the proposed tactics
What we have in place
- We currently have an established choir changing the lives of young women, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have initial financial backing to keep us going for the time being, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,500 , allowing us to continue our mission with over 70 young women and create change in their lives.
The Manhattan Girls Chorus is a nurturing community of young women grades five through twelve from all ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds seeking an extraordinary music education and opportunities for performing excellence. Our hope for every young woman is for her to develop a lifelong passion for singing, serving others and bringing her inner beauty to the world. The Chorus has performed at venues like Carnegie Hall and sung under internationally renowned conductors like Zubin Mehta. We are free for all participants and looking for guidance on how to run a fundraising campaign to stay that way.
