What we need
- Analysis of the organization’s current donor base
- Assessment of an organization’s target demographics, existing marketing materials and fundraising objectives
- Recommendations for an appropriate course of action to recruit donors, including identification of new resources and most appropriate marketing methods
What we have in place
- We currently have a database of donors (and an extensive grassroots network), which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a diverse fundraising strategy w/ multiple revenue streams, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,000 , allowing us to rescue and help bring to freedom almost 3 North Korean refugees!
We believe in data to help us understand our impact and also provide us with direction. We know that within our existing donor base there are a lot of opportunities to leverage and build off existing relationships, but we need help figuring out how to identify key donors and then we need some guidance on what exactly to do. Having an outside professional working with us will also be crucial by bringing fresh perspective and feedback on what we have been doing thus far.

Our mission
Liberty in North Korea: working with the North Korean people to accelerate change.
What we do
Liberty in North Korea (LiNK) is an international NGO with full-time staff in Los Angeles, New York, Seoul and Southeast Asia. LiNK assists North Korean refugees in China, bringing them safely through Southeast Asia to South Korea or the United States. Tailored assistance is then provided to empower resettled refugees to fulfill their potential in their new lives. LiNK mobilizes grassroots awareness campaigns throughout the U.S. and Canada and engages with international media in order to shift focus from the high politics to North Korea's changing society and the people's potential as agents of change, and to build a long-term movement of support for the North Korean people. Through refugee interviews and research, LiNK also works to develop long-term, people-focused strategies to accelerate positive changes inside the country.
