Project details
What we need
- 1-2 page summary of takeaways and trends from interviewing key individuals (no more than 8 interviews total)
- Identification of the board’s strengths and recommendations for areas of improvement for board members collectively and individually
What we have in place
- We currently have completed two years of governance education with the board, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have years of board self-assessments, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,773 , allowing us to provide education and information to 20000 school nurse who keep students healthy, safe and ready to learn.
The success of our organization depends on effective board governance. Without your help, we cannot determine development needs of the board. Your skills will empower us to plan for the future of our organization.
