Communication Materials Audit
Communication Materials Audit
Project details
What we need
- Thorough review of the existing communication and marketing materials to ensure writing is understandable, engaging and consistent
- Edits conducted with respect to writing style, voice, length, and proper spelling and grammar
- Revised materials should adhere to branding, communications and marketing goals
What we have in place
- We now have over 150 young singers that have attended our programs, many of whom are winning international competitions and starting important careers in opera. We have also created several professional video documentaries that are featured on our website and that vividly tell the story of our programs.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to award 3 scholarships to our finest students.
Classic Lyric Arts is now preparing for its 7th installment in Italy and its 4th in France as a preeminent training program for emerging opera singers. It's important for us to thoroughly review our materials to insure that our message and mission are always evident and clearly stated as we connect with our friends and supporters, foundations and arts donors, and our students (past, present and future) who are becoming the next generation to carry on the glorious traditions of French and Italian opera and song.
Project plan
Our mission
Classic Lyric Arts (CLA) offers opportunities for young opera singers to advance their studies of the languages and cultures of classical vocal repertoire, providing educational workshops internationally, and supporting participants in their progression from students to young professional artists.
What we do
CLA is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization offering two training programs: CLA Italy/La Lingua della Lirica (the Language of Opera), established in 2009 in the region of Emilia-Romagna, focuses on the principles of Italian bel canto; and CLA France/L'Art du Chant Français (The Art of French Singing), established in 2012 in the Périgord region, trains singers in the art of French opéra and mélodies.
With the belief that the beauty of opera and song is intrinsically connected to the music of language, the teaching staff includes Italian, French and American artists working in the field of classical vocal studies. CLA offers training in diction, style, repertoire, stagecraft, and career development, as well as international performing opportunities, building a bridge for the next generation of musicians to this rich cultural, linguistic and musical heritage.
