Additional details
We send our newsletter out through Constant Contact. Would like help in creating a more engaging template that will help to increase our open-rate.
What we have in place
- The eBulletin began as a print publication and migrated to an online eBulletin when the Internet became the new standard.
The eBulletin has good content. But, I know it could be better. And, it needs more original content that members can't find elsewhere.
The eBulletin is sent electronically to 3,000+ people every Tuesday. And, we have regular columnists who contribute.
We have 307 followers on our Twitter account, and 487 "likes" on Facebook.
I have a degree in journalism and have been producing the newsletter for 30+ years. So, good experience ... but a fresh perspective is needed.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to become the # 1 newspaper industry association.
In many ways, the weekly SNPA eBulletin is the face of our non-profit association. It's the primary way we communicate with our members -- both about SNPA news and about industry news.
It's a member-only publication and members tell us they like it.
But, what specifically is good about it and what could be better?
With lots of different industry associations, what could we add to our eBulletin to make it stand out? How can we better serve members, while recognizing that this is a one-person job -- and a very busy one-person at that!

Testimonials
Elisa gave us some great suggestions that I will be following up on. It's always helpful to have someone from outside your association put fresh eyes to your work. I enjoyed working with you, Elisa! Thank you!
